At Wood PLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Field Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of process equipment. This includes monitoring and maintaining unit safety and housekeeping standards, performing servicing, lubrication, and minor maintenance of assigned equipment, and loading process products in railcars and/or trucks.

This includes monitoring and maintaining unit safety and housekeeping standards, performing servicing, lubrication, and minor maintenance of assigned equipment, and loading process products in railcars and/or trucks.
- Monitor and maintain process equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and minor repairs, to prevent equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-8 years of process field operator experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring regular bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
