Job Summary
This role is responsible for maintaining well and equipment performance to maximize production. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compressor/booster stations, power generation, dehydration units & separators, LACT Units, VRUs, and related systems.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Preparation: Prepare for and perform maintenance activities, including taking readings, doing rounds, issuing work permits, following procedures, initiating work requests, writing procedures, and interfacing with support groups.
- Proactive Monitoring: Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action to optimize production.
- Chemical Pump Optimization: Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data, including corrosion, paraffin, and soap injection.
- Data Gathering: Interface with Engineering to gather data for analysis and decision-making.
- Test Compression Data: Track test compression data to ensure accurate measurements.
- Fluid Level Monitoring: Conduct fluid level checks using an echo meter.
- Compressor/Booster Stations, Power Generation, Dehydration Units & Separators, LACT Units, VRUs, or related systems.
- Technical knowledge of specific systems, terminology, and procedures used within the department.
