This exciting role comes with the opportunity for growth and being part of a team addressing technical and environmental challenges to repower the North American utility and industrial sector using in-house legacy OEM technology. The Role The Engineering Manager will serve as an in-house expert in mechanical engineering as it relates to the organization's products and services. The primary responsibility is the management of a group of technical personnel. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills, work as part of a team, and interact with clients. The preferred candidate will be office-based in our New Jersey location.
