What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Accounting Office Assistant position at Wood Products, Inc.?
-Assist all office needs and serve as front line for visitors and phone calls along with Office Functions;
-Code payables for accounts payable & input.
-Be Competent with ACH & Foreign Transactions
-High School Diploma/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Experience
-Have 2 Years Experience in Double Entry Accounting
-Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
-Must Possess great organizational skills
-High Energy, Personal Drive & Self Motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
