Paralegal Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized paralegal to support our civil litigation practice groups.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting attorneys in all aspects of case management
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records and databases
- Communicating effectively with experts and clients
- Performing other duties as assigned by the team leader
The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certificate, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:

- Spanish speaker preferred
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to process and follow up on Subpoenas for various types of records
- Ability to communicate with experts and prepare material for expert witness review
- Timely and effective response in a team atmosphere
- Ability to multi-task independently and manage demands
- High level of computer competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, and pre-trial documents
- Assemble chronologies of key documents
- Review, analyze, and organize document productions
- Redact claim files, medical records, police reports, emails, etc.
This is a hybrid position requiring regular office attendance. You must live in the greater Orange County area.
