Architectural Millwork Installer

Wood Systems Inc
Tulsa, OK Full Time
POSTED ON 4/21/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 6/21/2025

️ It’s Not Trim. It’s Custom Awesomeness.

Wood Systems Inc., is hiring an Architectural Millwork Installer, and we’re looking for more than just a tape measure cowboy.

We want someone who:

✅ Knows their way around tools
✅ Can read a tape and not guess at it (you’d be surprised…)
✅ Has basic wood skills but BIG ambition
✅ Pays attention to the details... Because the details matter!
✅ Wants to grow, learn, and build something they’re proud of

This isn’t baseboard and shoe mold—we’re talking custom-built architectural masterpieces that turn ordinary interiors into “holy crap, who built that?” moments! We build high-end, and we build it right.

Let’s build something badass together!

What It Takes to Roll With Us:
You show up ready to grind — rain or shine. We're working hard, learning fast, and leveling up every day.
️ You know how to talk the talk and listen when it counts. Whether it's the crew or the customer, you keep communication on point.
You're built tough — hauling, lifting, and getting your hands dirty is just part of the gig.
Your ride starts, your license is current, and you show up — simple as that.

If you’ve got the will, grit, and curiosity to learn, we’ve got the crew that’ll teach you.

What You Get (Besides Dirty Hands and Bragging Rights):
A paycheck that respects your experience and hustle — competitive salary based on what you bring to the table.
Solid health, dental, and vision plans — because busted teeth and bad eyes don't build greatness.
Retirement savings with company match — we’ve got your back now and later.
Vacation time off — because even the toughest need a break.
Employee discounts on lumber and building supplies — stack up savings for your own weekend projects.
Hands-on training and real development — not just buzzwords. We build people here.
Team events and company get-togethers — work hard, play harder.
A safe, supportive crew that’s got your back every day.
Real paths to move up — we promote from within and reward loyalty and grit.

Everyone’s Welcome on This Crew:
At Mill Creek Lumber and Supply, we don’t care where you come from — if you’re ready to work hard, treat people right, and bring your best, you’ve got a place here. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we believe a strong team is a diverse one. All backgrounds, all walks of life are welcome — come build with us.
