- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.

- Proposal & Service Delivery: Create, renew, and manage proposals and Commercial Services Benefits Programs, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
