- Design and maintain impactful dashboards and reports using Tableau and Microsoft SSRS, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
- Champion data clarity by maintaining a well-organized, thoroughly documented library of reports and dashboards.
- Proactively identify opportunities for leveraging data to address challenges and create new value.
- Develop and maintain a Data Dictionary that ensures a shared understanding of metrics and definitions across teams.
- What You Bring
- 3 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft SSRS, and SQL.
- Exceptional communication skills with a knack for translating technical insights into actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, ensuring reporting assets are accurate, consistent, and accessible.
