What You'll Do:
- Deliver a quality outcome for each customer
- Communicate expected results and limitations with customer
- Sell add-on services, as appropriate
- Clean carpet, upholstery, and hard surfaces to customer's satisfaction using approved agents, tools, equipment, and procedures
- Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and on time
- Respond during on-call rotation and emergency rushes for fire and flood damage
What it takes:
- Above average attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain Class E Driver's License within 30 days
