We are a seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by helping them navigate their insurance needs and ensuring they have the right coverage for their properties and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide expert advice on property and casualty coverage options.
- Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies and manage existing policies, ensuring they meet client needs and compliance requirements.
- Claims Support: Provide guidance and support to clients during the claims process, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential exposures and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Participate in marketing activities and community events to promote our services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide the best service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Licensing: Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, with a proven track record of sales and client service preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Bilingual- Spanish preferred
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
