Marketing Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will support various marketing initiatives, contributing to both digital and traditional marketing efforts. Duties

• Assist in the development and execution of content marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including blogs and social media.
• Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Support the management of the company’s WordPress website by updating content and ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate on print advertising campaigns, including design coordination and distribution logistics.
• Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports for review.
• Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including newsletters, social media posts, and promotional content.
• Assist with marketing automation tasks to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for performance marketing initiatives.

Experience

• Familiarity with WordPress is preferred for managing website content effectively.
• Knowledge of content marketing principles is essential for creating engaging material.
• Basic understanding of HTML is a plus for making minor website adjustments.
• Experience with analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to evaluate campaign success is beneficial.
• Strong copywriting skills are necessary for producing high-quality written content.
• Exposure to print advertising concepts will enhance contributions to traditional marketing efforts.
• Familiarity with performance marketing techniques will be advantageous in driving measurable results.
• Previous experience or coursework in marketing or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
