What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender (hourly plus tips) position at Woodbridge Elks Lodge?
The Woodbridge Elks Lodge is in need of a Bartender
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Drink preparation: Mixing drinks, slicing garnishes, and ensuring drinks are served in the correct size.
- Customer service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing a positive experience. Helping prospective members fill out applications and taking reservations for the rental hall.
- Bar maintenance: Keeping the bar clean, safe, and organized, and restocking supplies.
- Cashing: Operating a cash register or POS system, and ensuring the cash drawer is accurate.
- Other tasks: Preparing and serving food, waiting on tables, doing dishes, completing paperwork, taking calls and messages.
- Must be able to work independently and, in at times, a face paced environment.
- Candidates will be required to have or obtain TIPS and Food Serv certifications. Those who need to obtain the certifications will be reimbursed.
- You do not need to be a Member of the Elks to be employed. Current Members may apply as well.
