What You'll Be Doing:
As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the voice of Woodbridge, speaking with potential customers and setting appointments for our talented Design Consultants. Your communication skills will be key to building strong relationships, helping homeowners find the perfect solutions for their needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous call center or inside sales experience is a plus
- Strong ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly
- Excellent phone communication and conversational skills
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
