Job Summary:
As a Project Manager at Woodbridge Home Solutions, you’re more than just a coordinator – you’re a key player in overseeing and optimizing the entire installation process for our products. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you'll manage everything from scheduling and quality assurance to customer satisfaction and managing a dynamic team of independent contractors. You’ll have the power to shape your team by partnering with recruiting to find top talent, and ensuring each subcontractor delivers excellence that aligns with Woodbridge’s high standards. You’ll be the go-to person for customer relations, making sure any issues are resolved quickly and effectively, leaving every homeowner thrilled with the finished product.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Master the Team: Select and assign the most skilled subcontractors, communicating every detail to ensure the job runs flawlessly from start to finish.
- Schedule Like a Pro: Coordinate subcontractors and ensure that all necessary details are communicated so every installation goes off without a hitch.
- Own the Contract: Review and manage job contracts, ensuring all services are provided as promised and in line with pricing, working closely with the Sales team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Build Your Dream Team: Take charge of recruiting the best independent contractors, setting the bar for quality and consistency, and ensuring they’re fully onboard with Woodbridge Home Solutions’ standards.
- Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with 20-25 top-tier interior subcontractors, providing them with the tools, information, and guidance to hit deadlines, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and meet profitability goals.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Be the first line of defense in resolving customer issues, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish and that all problems are tracked, updated, and resolved swiftly.
- Operations Guru: Team up with Operations to ensure all materials and products are ordered and delivered on time so installations proceed without delay.
- Financial Gatekeeper: Oversee and manage labor costs, including authorizing additional labor, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring every contract is financially sound.
- Quality Control Leader: Conduct site visits, verify contractor labor bills, and ensure every installation meets the highest quality standards, all while keeping an eye on the bottom line.
- Customer Satisfaction Champion: Conduct quality assurance calls with homeowners to ensure they are fully satisfied and no outstanding work is left undone.
- Stay Organized: Keep your finger on the pulse by updating job statuses and ensuring all paperwork is completed, documented, and accurately tracked in the system.
