As the Sales Manager for our Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Sales Team, you'll spearhead a team of highly motivated sales consultants, providing leadership, mentorship, and expertise to help them reach their full potential. You'll play a critical role in shaping our success as you build lasting relationships with customers and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a High-Performance Sales Team: Recruit, inspire, and manage a team of in-home sales consultants, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Set Ambitious Sales Goals: Drive success by developing and overseeing team and territory-specific sales targets that fuel both individual and company growth.
Coach & Develop Talent: Regularly mentor team members, providing one-on-one coaching and training to ensure they hit monthly and annual sales targets. Watch your team succeed and grow under your leadership.
Sales Performance Optimization: Utilize advanced sales metrics to track, analyze, and enhance individual and team performance. Implement strategies to exceed goals and unlock new levels of success.
Drive the Sales Process: Teach and instill a proven sales methodology to your team to ensure consistent results. Lead by example, ensuring your team adheres to best practices while closing deals.
Create a Winning Culture: Conduct engaging weekly sales meetings, provide motivational one-on-one sessions, and implement corrective action plans when necessary to keep your team on track.
Field Support: Participate in ride-alongs to coach your consultants in real-time, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to close deals successfully.
Annual Reviews: Conduct formal performance reviews, celebrating achievements and setting new goals to keep your team growing and achieving.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Leadership: A minimum of 1 year of successful home improvement sales management experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
Exceptional Communication Skills: You're a natural leader who excels at public speaking, written communication, and one-on-one conversations. You're someone who can inspire and motivate others with ease.
Sales Mastery: A strong understanding of the sales process, with the ability to teach and guide your team to success.
Analytical Mindset: A keen ability to analyze performance metrics, understand trends, and drive results with strategic planning.
Financial Acumen & Tech Savvy: You have a solid understanding of sales budgets and forecasting and are comfortable using technology to streamline operations.
