Position Title: Day, Evening, & Midnight Facility Inspector
Work Schedule: Four to Five Days per Week, Hours & Times May Vary
Scope: Interface with homeowners, residents, and guests to educate members and enforce Association rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner
Responsibilities: The Facility Inspector is specifically responsible for, but not limited to, the following assignments:
Essential Job Functions:
· Complete constant and thorough inspections checking not only Woodbridge identification cards, but also physical components within each facility
· Be alert to any condition or situation that may endanger the safety of members and their guests
· Enforce rules and regulations related to unauthorized vehicles, animal control, and sign violations
· Issue citations and card confiscations when instructed by dispatch for violations of Rules and Regulations
· Create incident reports concerning occurrences within the Covered Property of Woodbridge
· Prepare Daily Vehicle Usage Log, Identification Log, Facility Patrol Log, and Maintenance Request Log during the course of each shift
· Remove uncooperative/unauthorized individuals from Woodbridge property when instructed by dispatch
· Foot patrol throughout the parks, pools, swim clubs, tennis clubs, and lakes
· Report status of facilities and events while on duty via radio transmission, photography, and written correspondence
Skills and Abilities:
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills required
- Must have the ability to effectively prioritize multiple concurrent projects
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work with a diverse group of residents, homeowners, vendors, board members, committee members, and staff
- Must be courteous yet assertive when necessary
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and MS Word)
- Must be able to lift a minimum of thirty pounds for job-related tasks
- Must be able to work outside for extended an period of time
Job Requirements:
- Have a valid CA driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and AED certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
- Ability to work the 4th of July holiday.
