Duties

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Provide support in administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and office organization.
- Collaborate with medical or dental receptionists to ensure seamless patient flow and appointment scheduling.
- Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism, addressing concerns and providing information as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience as a front desk receptionist in a medical or dental setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools is advantageous.
