What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Manager position at Woodbury Health and Rehab?
We are seeking a Dietary Manager at Woodbury Health and Rehabilitation. We are a newly renovated 82-bed facility with a considerable number of tenured employees. We pride ourselves on having a clean home-like atmosphere for our residents. We prefer applicants that have a current CDM certification but will consider strong candidates that are willing to obtain their certification during employment with us.
The ideal candidate for this position will have dietary experience with general knowledge of healthcare kitchen operations, food/stock ordering, clinical charting regarding nutrition/assessments, employee scheduling, possess the patience and forthrightness to be a good trainer to trainees, leadership skills, self-motivation, hands on attitude with a passion for learning and success.
This is a salary position that is Monday through Friday with nights, holidays, and weekends off. With that being said, it is an on-call position, and you may need to work shifts outside of your normal work schedule to meet facility and staff needs.
