FULL-TIME: $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
*80 hours biweekly
-SHIFT: 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday through Friday
-Part of an "On-call Schedule"
The General Facilities Technician performs general
carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, locksmith, and other general
maintenance work at TANDEM LIVING. This position will be performed
in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement,
and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High
school diploma or equivalent.
Prior
experience in general maintenance or technical/mechanical training.
Must
have a valid PA Driver’s License for the past two (2) consecutive years.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Performs all plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance as well as any other required general maintenance work.
Completes
planned preventive maintenance and work orders within recommended time frame.
Maintains
inventory of general maintenance parts and supplies.
Assists
with grounds, snow, and ice procedures as requested.
