Woodcrest Villa (Independent Living)
CURRENT OPENING:
Full-time (7:00A-3:30P)
Occasional weekends & holidays needed.
The Housekeeping Supervisor for Woodcrest Villa leads housekeeping team members and oversees cleaning procedures with the goal to maintain a high degree of cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere in accordance with the standards of Tandem Living. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVINGS’ Core Values,
Mission Statement, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous supervisory experience required.
A valid PA driver's license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience required.
At least three years of experience working in a healthcare/hospitality setting with cleaning responsibilities preferred.
Previous knowledge of healthcare/hospitality cleaning procedures and protocols.
Knowledge
of basic computer skills are needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Performs various housekeeping tasks and fills in as needed for team members.
Completes a variety of administrative duties withing the Housekeeping Department.
Trains and educates team members.
