Duties
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant or establishment.
- Train and develop staff, including assistant managers and team members, to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage team dynamics, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Implement training programs focused on service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Utilize POS system for managing orders, payments, and inventory effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Directly work under D.O and be available to oversee multiple locations
Skills
- Proven experience in team management within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting.

- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial management practices.
- Proficiency in using toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
