Woodfield Country Club, in Boca Raton, is interviewing experienced, hospitality-driven professionals who enjoy the art of service. Our Reservations Manager :will provide an excellent member experience and ensure a positive first and last impression to Members/Guests by offering prompt, professional and courteous service.
This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate staff and manage Club dining and event registrations. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the reservation team, including the Assistant Reservation Manager, to ensure members and their guests receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing all dining and social event reservations, confirmation calls, and seating floor plans. The position also involves training staff to maintain high service standards within a private club setting. Additionally, the role is responsible for managing six annual holiday catering to-go orders, including coordinating a team of reservationists, culinary, and food and beverage staff for fulfillment, pickup, and delivery. The position assures high standards of service, including the appearance and hospitality of reservation staff, and directs the team to maintain office and printer supply inventory, manage equipment service/repairs, and stock the coffee station for administrative offices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills in the hospitality industry are required.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities are required.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is required:
- Excellent service presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills required, and must be detail-orientated
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years in a related area as a manager; or equivalent combination of education and experience
