We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Supervisor to join our team. This role is a crucial link between project management and on-site operations, ensuring that work progresses efficiently, safely, and with outstanding quality. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch projects, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between project management and field crews to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain daily schedules for foremen, making necessary adjustments to keep tasks on time and within budget.
- Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability.
- Oversee site layout and verify construction plans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Foster leadership among foremen and provide training on tools like Buildertrend and Clock Shark.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain a near-zero punch list.
- Ensure proper maintenance of trucks, equipment, and job site safety.
- Participate in management meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and process improvements.
