Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Pool Service Manager to lead our pool service and maintenance department. This leadership role ensures all service operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, aligning with Woodfield Outdoors' commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the pool service technician team, ensuring schedules are met and services are performed efficiently.
- Coordinate daily service routes, seasonal openings/closings, repairs, and maintenance programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service concerns, follow-ups, and quality control.
- Train, coach, and develop service team members to maintain consistency and professionalism.
- Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and chemicals, placing orders as needed.
- Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the construction and design teams to support seamless project transitions into service.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in pool service, including leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, automation systems, and repair protocols.
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and leadership abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean record.
- CPO Certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Experience with service management software is a plus.
