Position Summary
As a Pool Technician at Woodfield Outdoors, you'll play a key role in delivering a premium service experience for our clients. This role involves hands-on work maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing pool systems with a focus on excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll represent the Woodfield brand with professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship on every job site.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool service including water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning, filter backwashing, and equipment inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, and lighting.
- Document service visits, update records, and communicate with clients clearly and courteously.
- Handle minor plumbing, electrical, or automation system repairs as needed.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness on-site at all times.
- Maintain company vehicle and tools in good working condition.
- Uphold Woodfield's values in client interaction, timeliness, and quality of work.
Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on pool service or maintenance experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of pool chemistry, systems, and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and reliability.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable using mobile technology and service tracking software.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus.
