We're seeking a talented and motivated Sales / Designer to join our team in a key role that bridges client consultation, design creativity, and sales execution. If you have experience in the landscaping industry, proficiency in design software, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Meet with clients to understand their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop and present creative landscape design solutions using industry-standard design software.
  • Generate proposals, estimates, and sales presentations to secure new projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to provide innovative design solutions.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including portfolio updates and client testimonials.

Qualifications :

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in field measurements and base map preparation , including gathering elevations, identifying property boundaries, and locating site features.
  • Ability to capture precise site data to support accurate planning and design.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of plant materials, hardscape elements, and outdoor construction processes.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
