We're seeking a talented and motivated Sales/Designer to join our team in a key role that bridges client consultation, design creativity, and sales execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop and present creative landscape design solutions using industry-standard design software.
- Generate proposals, estimates, and sales presentations to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to provide innovative design solutions.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including portfolio updates and client testimonials.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in field measurements and base map preparation, including gathering elevations, identifying property boundaries, and locating site features.
- Ability to capture precise site data to support accurate planning and design.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of plant materials, hardscape elements, and outdoor construction processes.
