The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced transport driver to join its team.
Job Requirements:
- A Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat and tanker endorsements
- At least 23 years old
- A clean driving record
- A current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card
- A minimum of one year of verifiable driving experience
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers
- Safely operate loaded and empty tanker trucks of various makes and models
- Properly load, handle, hook hoses, operate pumps and valves for loading and unloading
- Safely fill tanks of all types and sizes using various size hoses, nozzles, and fittings
- Safely use pipe wrenches, crescent wrenches, hammers, and other hand tools
- Accurately complete driver logs, pre- and post-trip forms, and other paperwork as required
- Courteously interact with bosses, dispatchers, fellow employees, and customers
