WSM Law is a multi-state divorce and custody litigation firm dedicated to representing women. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky team. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling their own caseload. Starting salary is in the $100,000-$120,000 range. Monthly billable hour requirement is 100 hours per month. Work hours are flexible so long as hours are being met.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky
- 3-5 years of experience in Family Law.
- Experience or interest in Family Law
- Comfortability with litigation and high conflict negotiation
- Strong communication and organization skills
