Woodfords Family Services has exciting openings for School-based Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) in Portland, ME & Scarborough, ME ! These are full-time positions (32-35 hours per week) and include a generous benefits and compensation package.
Position Summary
School-based BHPs work one-on-one with children and adolescents within the public school setting to help achieve learning and development goals. Individual needs are assessed and based on the learner's behaviors, social skills, personal and daily routines, and self-care.
Through the use of evidence-based practices and intervention, BHPs help foster a therapeutic and meaningful learning environment for students to grow and thrive with independence!
Opportunity Details
- Full-time, 7 : 30am - 3 : 00pm (hours will vary based on school calendar)
- Monday through Friday - No Weekends!
- 20.00 - $22.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
- 1,500 Sign-on Bonus - paid after successful completion of 6 months of employment
- Current opportunities available in Portland & Scarborough schools!
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- BHP certification preferred but not required! (Training will be provided upon hire)
- Valid driver's license with current auto insurance and use of a reliable vehicle
