Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding sales within the territory. You will have the ability to build strong communication, deliver customer satisfaction, create profitable revenue, and a long-lasting rapport with new and existing customers and cliental.
Salary + Commission: Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain key customer relationships with specialty distributors with a focus on Woodgrain’s five core product groups.
Meet and exceed sales goals for assigned territory.
Collaborate and communicate across departments to deliver profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process to drive new business.
Management of partnered accounts.
Regular travel to customers in your territory.
Exhibit thorough understanding of the business: Woodgrain’s capabilities and processes, products, customers, supply chain, local market trends, competitors, and market pricing.
Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process.
Collaborate and communicate across departments to deliver profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
3 years sales experience in building materials or lumber industry preferred.
Proven track record of developing and building customer/client relationships.
Must hold a clear and valid driver’s license.
Flexible travel and overnight commute probable.
Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills preferred.
Ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives.
Experience using MS Office Products.
