Pay: $22.00/ hour
Summary:
The position will be responsible for the performance of tasks outlined below and other tasks as requested. This position will report to Lowe’s National Account Managers but could and will receive additional task requests from The Retail (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards) National Sales team and above.
Day to Day:
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals
- Set up new items across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate details and representation of the product and brand
- Maintain existing items with up-to-date content and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct site performance audits to ensure listings are displayed and functioning properly, and in compliance with the account platform requirements
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
- Work closely with different teams (product management, marketing, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms
- Monitor changes in product sales by using reporting and analytics to drive adjustments to product content
- Coordinate with customer’s digital and buying teams on new item set-up and existing item maintenance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; and 6 months to 1-year related experience or on-the-job training.
- Required to work a set schedule that may be changed/modified by management based on the needs of the facility.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office preferred
- Knowledgeable in navigating SAP preferred
