PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :
General Duties and Support
- Meet established company objectives within own areas of responsibility, while assisting other areas in meeting their objectives through engineering process and quality and process improvements.
- Is a key support member to operations, quality, and Continuous Improvement and demonstrates the company philosophy of “Easy To Do Business With (ETDBW)”, to ensure that customers have an excellent experience.
- Work with the Continuous Improvement Manager to identify and drive projects to improve processes and quality, relying on solid payback metrics.
- Support CI activity and completion of identified opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Currently in college completing a Business Degree, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Critical thinking and attention to detail required.
