Starting Salary : $101,500 - $135,000 (depending on experience)

Job Summary :
The HR Director is responsible for providing a broad range of consultative and hands-on support to the administration across the Division. This position plays a critical role in influencing the Division's strategy, driving change, and achieving business results.

The physical demands and work environment while performing job duties within this role, the employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, sit, use hands for handling objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, as well as talk and hear. Schedule :
This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, excluding company holidays, with working hours that may vary based on departmental needs.
Travel :
This position may require travel to other Woodgrain locations, estimated travel time is up to 15%.
