- Develop and maintain key customer relationships in retail building materials
- Meet and exceed sales goals for assigned territory
- Collaborate and communicate across departments to deliver profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process to drive new business
- Management of partnered accounts
- Regular travel to customers in your territory; this territory is Little Rock and surrounding markets
- BA/BS in business related field -OR- equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years in building materials/wood sales is preferred
- Proven track record of developing and building customer/client relationships
- Flexible to travel and overnight commute; 5-8 overnight travel days per month
- Must hold a clear and valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office products
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
