What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at Woodhaven Association?
Woodhaven Association has an immediate opening for two part-time Cook positions at our General Store/Restaurant. One position will work 6:00am until 1:00pm Friday through Sunday, as needed on Mondays, now through October. This position is our breakfast prep/cook. The second position will work 10:30am until 2:00pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in addition to Friday and Saturday from 11:00am until close. This position is only cooking, no prep. Responsibilities include preparing food for serving, such as cutting and washing. Cooks' food by various methods such as grilling and deep frying. Prepares food as requested. A Food Handler certificate is required or the ability to obtain. Ability to prepare food that is pleasing to taste is required. Interested applicants may apply online at www.woodhavenassociation.com.
We do run a background screen on all applicants 18 years of age and older. This includes a MVR report for some positions.
