What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor position at Woodhaven Association?
WOODHAVEN ASSOCIATION is seeking to fill the following full-time equivalent position. Janitor - keeps Woodhaven's facilities and grounds in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates: Cleaning buildings, emptying trash receptacles, replenishing supplies and identify and report minor or major repair issues at buildings. This position works summer holidays, and some weekends. Woodhaven Association offers an excellent benefits package.
We do run a background screen on all applicants 18 years of age and older. This includes a MVR report for some positions.
