Sales and Marketing Assistant

Overview
Woodhaven Furniture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our VP of Sales and Customer Service in a dynamic furniture manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist in sales and marketing initiatives, facilitate communication between departments, and ensure seamless delivery of promotional materials to representatives and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to the VP of Sales and Customer Service.

· Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations for sales.

· Maintain and update sales tracking spreadsheets and reports using Excel.

· Coordinate and distribute marketing materials to sales representatives and clients.

· Manage the mailing of fabric and material swatches to customers and sales teams.

· Assist with customer inquiries and provide sales support as needed.

· Organize and maintain digital and physical sales documents and databases.

· Support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and promotional activities.

· Perform general office duties and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

· 2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative roles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
