Location: Lebanon, OH (On-site Regional Travel)
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Pay: $18.50
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 830am to 5pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and mission-driven Court Services Coordinator to support clients navigating both recovery and the legal system. This position serves as a critical liaison between Woodhaven, the courts, and probation systems. You will coordinate legal obligations for clients and advocate for treatment over incarceration whenever possible. A valid driver’s license and CDCA certification are required. The role includes regular travel across Warren, Butler, Hamilton Counties, and the greater Cincinnati area, with reimbursement for mileage and gas.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal screenings and facilitate Zoom or in-person court hearings
Transport clients to jails, courts, or other legal appointments
Travel regionally to courts and legal offices in Warren, Butler, Hamilton County, and Cincinnati
Maintain an up-to-date court calendar and assist clients with legal coordination
Communicate treatment progress with probation officers, attorneys, and judges
Draft and submit court-related documentation and verification letters
Conduct diagnostic assessments and assist with treatment planning
Serve as a representative of Woodhaven during community and legal outreach
Required Qualifications:
CDCA certification (Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant) – Required
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record – Required
- Must be approved as a driver under company insurance for client transport
High school diploma or GED required;
Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
CPR certification (provided if not already obtained)
