Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute creative strategies to enhance Woodhaven’s online presence, grow engagement, and drive referrals. This role will focus on managing digital campaigns, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Outreach Team, this position plays a key role in advancing Woodhaven’s goals and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
Content Creation: Develop SEO-optimized content for social media, the website, and newsletters while maintaining an editorial calendar.
Website Management: Update website content, apply SEO strategies, and monitor performance using analytics tools.
Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow Woodhaven’s social media presence, respond to inquiries, and boost engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Track marketing performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
Collaboration: Work with the Outreach Team and Marketing Manager to align campaigns with broader initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong analytical skills to calculate ROI, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads, Google Analytics, or social media marketing certifications.
