Pay: $16.50

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 430pm

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Facilities Support Specialist to help maintain, organize, and support daily operations across our treatment center. This is a dynamic, active role ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, from light maintenance and basic repairs to inventory stocking and IT setup. You’ll also support internal moves, coordinate supply deliveries, and ensure our facility remains safe and efficient for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and stock supplies, keep storage areas organized

Relocate office furniture and equipment as needed

Complete minor repairs and perform routine facility maintenance

Provide basic IT support for staff (cords, monitors, device setup)

Transport supplies and materials as needed

Assist with equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and reporting issues

Read and follow maintenance manuals and safety procedures

Support safety, security, and cleanliness of work areas

Maintain accurate records for inventory and maintenance tasks

Perform other duties as assigned to support the Operations team

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Valid driver’s license (with fewer than 2 points preferred)

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day

Willingness to be trained and grow within the role

Strong organization and time management skills

Team-player attitude with great communication and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with tools, maintenance tasks, or facility upkeep is a plus
