Manager of Information Technology at Woodhaven Learning Center in Columbia, MO. Oversee information technology, networking, data management, electronic security and telecommunications operations and policies including the following duties: oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, peripherals, and mobile device management; collaborate with CFO and leadership to identify technology needs and opportunities and develop and implement IT strategies; lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget; recruit, train, and lead IT professionals; develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services; develop and implement security policies, procedures and protocols to protect data and IT assets and stay current with cybersecurity threats and best practices; ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) and conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance and mitigate legal risks; oversee provision of technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and implement help desk systems and procedures; develop and manage IT department’s budget and identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization within the IT infrastructure and operations.
Requirements:Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field; 24 months experience as Systems Analyst or any title that provides relevant experience in Information Technology; and expertise in managing cloud resources like AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google cloud platform; expertise with ERP systems like SAP and NetSuite, driving automation and integration of the processes; expertise in managing MS servers (Server 2016, Server 2019) and MS SQL or MySQL databases for backup and recovery purpose; expertise in managing Cisco and Sophos Firewall and switches; background in Hyper-V and VMware management; background in technical writing of documentation of policies and procedures; background in project management from inception to completion; expertise in specific technology/tool such a Microsoft Office 365 suite, Netsuite (Social Impact), Therap or a similar health information management system, web hosting platforms, advance data analysis skills such as Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau); background in working with IT budgets, procurement practices and vendor relationships; and ability to negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate third-party services and products.
