Responsibilities
- Complies with and interprets the philosophy, objectives, procedures, policies and code of ethics of the facility and the policies of the Recreational Therapy Department
- Documents Resident attendance/participation daily
- Maintain care and use of program equipment and materials
- Conduct therapeutic activities on and off-unit as scheduled
- Develop, implement, and adapt therapeutic recreation program relevant to Resident's needs and interests
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Therapeutic Recreation
- HOURS: Varies, must be able to work days, evenings and/or weekends
- Must be a team player with a compassionate, outgoing, and pleasant personality.
- Must be computer literate and possess strong organizational skills.
