Job Summary and Objectives:
The Grounds Maintenance position assists in the outdoor maintenance of Woodhill Country Club’s Campus. This includes our Golf Course, Tennis, Clubhouse and Maintenance Facilities. We ask that our team members work independently, manage their time wisely, and operate equipment safely. We expect our team members to provide an exceptional member and guest experience through quality service and impressive facilities.
Requirements
Expected Hours of Work:
- Early morning start times.
- Required shifts every other weekend (4 hours each morning).
- Flexible scheduling: 30-40 hours/week.

- Experience not required; training provided
Essential Job Functions
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Golf course maintenance such as filling divots, emptying garbage cans or servicing water coolers
- Bunker maintenance such as edging or raking
- Assist in various golf course projects

Physical Demands:
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and climbing stairs

- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
Work Environment:
- Exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles
- Work in variable weather conditions
- Uneven surfaces
Compensation & Benefits:
- $16 - $18 per hour
- Employee meals provided by Chef’s staff
- Uniform shirts and hats provided
- Use of Woodhill’s exceptional facilities (golf course, tennis, and pool) on Mondays
