Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Body Shop Administrative Assistant with some accounting experience to join our team at our Collision Center in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our body shop, managing administrative tasks, and handling accounting functions.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
- Understands Body Shop operations and work environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possess multitasking skills. Excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, estimates, and parts inventory.
- Process and track invoices, payments, and insurance claims.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining the shop’s budget.
- Prepare and reconcile accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the team with payroll, billing, and other accounting duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide support to management with various office duties and customer service.
- Assist with parts ordering and receiving, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Help with marketing efforts, such as customer follow-ups, promotions, and communication.
Requirements
