Job Summary:
The Spa Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, business development, and guest experience of the spa. This role ensures the highest level of service, staff management, and financial performance while maintaining a luxurious and relaxing environment. The Spa Director works closely with management to develop strategies, implement policies, and uphold brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including treatments, facilities, and guest services.
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Financial Management:
- Manage and execute the spa budget, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze financial reports, track revenue, and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Monitors the spa's actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Management of Payroll
Staff Leadership & Development:
- Train and manage spa staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for professional growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and service standards..
Guest Experience & Customer Service:
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience through personalized services and high-quality treatments.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback to continuously improve service.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa management or hospitality leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and beauty services.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Proficiency in spa booking software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
