Woodinville Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team! Our outpatient care team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care during appointments by coordinating and executing treatment plans and providing thorough client education.
In this role, you will primarily assist during exams, outpatient care, surgical assistance, maintain detailed medical records, and address clients' questions. Additionally, you will coordinate with your team to manage the veterinarian’s orders, ensuring the highest level of patient care and maintaining an efficient workflow to keep exams running on schedule. This position is ideal for those who excel in client engagement and schedule management.
This is a full-time position, with a 4-10 hour schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.
Full-time benefits and compensation :
- Compensation : $19-22 / hour, based on experience and skillset
- Bonus package : $500 for those with 3 years of consecutive, current VA experience

We provide a variety of veterinary services, including preventive medicine, general dentistry, general surgery, and radiology. We have a large treatment area that has wall to wall windows that provide lots of natural light and overlooks our beautiful backyard space, where we often host team BBQs and move nights.
