Woodinville Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Reception team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while answering phones and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a part-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday- Friday.
Compensation : $18-21 / hour, based on experience and skillset
Woodinville Animal Hospital is a full- service companion animal facility that was established and has been serving the community since 1978. We provide a variety of veterinary services, including preventive medicine, general dentistry, general surgery, and radiology. It is our commitment to provide quality, caring, and comprehensive veterinary care throughout the life of pets. We have a large treatment area that has wall to wall windows that provide lots of natural light and overlooks our beautiful backyard space, where we often host team BBQs and move nights.
