Responsibilities
- Fully identify our scope of work which will include buyout subcontracted items such as but not limited to-Installation, Solid Surface, fabric and upholstery, metal fabrications - both decorative and support any other items for projects
- Fully understand a casework manufacturing operation and the hiring company's capabilities specifically
- Fully understand all AWI Specifications having worked with with Veneers and specialty materials
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints/architectural drawings and specifications
- Outline a plan to provide an Estimate Proposal to our Client Base
- Work with Production, Engineering Department and Project Managers
- Have sources for subcontracted items to supplement our current list
- Participate in Project Kickoff meetings
- Update Vendor Pricing and our times
- Candidate must have high school diploma
- Ability to Generate a RFI for missing information
- Familiar with Bid Board and other trade software like ProCore
- Candidate must have 5 years estimating in commercial custom millwork experience
- Required qualifications include Tradesoft Products specifically ProjectPAK for estimates
- Candidate should be familiar with all Microsoft Office Products especially proficient with
