RN Lead - Full-Time (M-F, 8 AM - 4 PM) with On-Call Rotation

Position Overview:
As an RN Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring effective patient care. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Oversee nursing assessments, care plans, and documentation.
- Serve as a resource for clinical questions and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, with on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with on-call duties is a plus.
